Christianity
Culture Region- Christianity is all around the world. It has over 2.17 billion followers. It's main beliefs are that there is one God who is a God of love that sent his son who he incarnated in a human form but still retained his divinity and had his son sacrificed for us so he may conquer death and give us everlasting life with God in heaven due to the fact that we are all in a state of sin as a people. If you live by God's son's words and teachings of loving each other as God has so loved us then we will one day see God in heaven and if not we will be sent to hell for eternal suffering and damnation. Icons of this religion include the Cross which is representative of how Jesus died.
Diffusion- After Jeus died and re-appeared to the apostles, all of his followers began to spread his teachings across the continents of Europe and Asia and although initially unpopular, Christianity became the official relgion of the Roman Empire after Constantine became a Christian which resulted in Christianity became the official religion of one of the largest empires known to man which stretched out all across the known world. Barriers to Christianity were the giant ocean that separated Europe from spreading the religion to the Americas as well as the Roman Empire itself which originally persecuted the religion of Christianity.
